They were recommended by Lowe's from whom the malfunctioning refrigerator was purchased just 3 years ago for $3000!! The service man came in, pushed some buttons on the front panel, looked at his phone the entire time he was "working", said the parts to repair it would cost $360, and that after adding labor to that, it would be better to just buy a new unit!!! So glad we opted to get a 2nd opinion. The fridge needs a fan...service call, parts, and labor = $160!!!
